Paneer Kadai

Photobucket

"I dont know what this girl is going to do once she is married...i pity the guy who marries her"
This is the usual dialouge my amma used to tell me or all my aunties and appa. I used to hate entering into kitchen and thought of preparing something for the entire family, then cleaning it up, Oh my God! " i would never be able to do it"

My brother all the time used to say that no body will get anything if they come to my place. My bro and me were stayng together before my marriage and there also most of the time my bro who would cook for me :(

I always belived that the responsibilty and the situation makes a person to learn everthing under the sun.

Its been long time i didnt cook anything with Paneer. I found tomatoes, capsicum in the fridge. So prepared Paneer Kadai

Paneer Kadai

(Indian cottage cheese cooked with Tangy tomotes, onions & capsicum )
