Ingredients

2 cups semolina
5-6 green chillies chopped
1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
5 strands of curry leaves chopped
2 medium onions chopped
salt per taste
ghee to roast

Method

Wash and soak the semolina in water for about 10 min. Meanwhile prepare all the ingredients ready.

Put all the chopped ingredients and semolina in a bowl and mix everything together and add salt. add very little water just to mix the dough.

heat the griddle and put 1.5 ladle of the dough and make small/medium thick rottis (tastes well if its thick ) and roast it with ghee till golden brown
.

enjoy it with sambhar/chutney when hot.
