EAT HEATHY THINK HEALTHY

As usual we had a very nice and elongated lunch hour at office discussing various issues starting form politics to food... everybody is back to their desk and busy with thier work thats when i received a call from my parents telling that there is been blast in my city. All these while I have just heard about and seen in TV how does it feel when it is in your state. But Friday we all felt it. The first thing that comes to our mind is wheather our dear and near ones are safe...and how to get back home?
Life has become so unsafe we never no when and where we see our death. The entire week we have been glue to the TV and been watching what's happening around and scared to go out. This is one of the heneious crime aganist mankind when innocent people die in these mishappenings. Hope one day everbody realises it and we see peace all over the world.
This weekend I wasnt in a mood to cook anything so thought will eat just curd rice and some healthy salads..This is my contribution for "Eat Healthy-Protein Rich Contest" hosted by Sangeeth
