Food diets for summer can be salads, cool bevereges, fresh fruit juices, buttermilk, water filled vegies like cucumber, sprouts and of course plenty of water to avoid de hydration. So here is a simple recipe to keep you cool from the heat. This one is my all time favourite.

Hi Sushma,

I've always wanted to try mixing lime juice and soda. But somehow did not do it until now. I have to try this one definitely. Thanks.
